Shipping

All items are located and shipped from France.
All packages are shipped out within three days of receipt of payment.
All packages are traceable and insured whilst in transit.
Unless advised not to do so, we often pack multiple items in more than one package, so as not to jump into higher postal rates; These packages will all be tractable and insured.
If we have been able to save on the amount paid for postage, we will refund the savings back to the customer.

Delivery Times

Please allow the following:
France: 3 to 7 days
European Union: 7 to 12 days
Europe, USA, North America, South America, Canada, Asia, Japan: 10 to 18 days

Order Tracking

When we dispatch your order, you will receive a shipping email notifying you that your order has shipped.
The shipping information will contain a tracking reference or multiple tracking references depending on the number of shipments sent.
You can track your order by visiting your country's postal service website and entering the tracking number there (if they offer such a service).

Returns & Replacements

In the event a mistake has been made, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item.
The item must be returned by recorded delivery and insured, within 14 days of receipt.
All items must be returned in their original packaging.

Payment & Pricing

Payment is accepted and processed by PayPal in Euros Only.
When completing checkout, you will be transferred to PayPal's secure payment gateway to make payment.

We display prices on the site in Euros, British Pounds Sterling and US Dollars, however, prices that are displayed in British Pounds Sterling and US Dollars should be treated as a guide only and do not accurately reflect fluctuating exchange rates.

We accept all major Debit/Credit cards in addition to payment funded by a PayPal account.
Registering for a PayPal account is not required when paying by Debit/Credit card.
PayPal account funded payments are accepted from buyers with a "Confirmed" address Only.
Shipments will be held until payment is verified.
